The location was best possible and strategic for exploring this perfect area, just next door to the marina, the restaurants and the city centre. Easily reached Mazagan, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Convenient location in a nice area with shopping options nearby, including a supermarket. It only took me a 20-minute walk to reach downtown. 🛍️

The sea view for all rooms. Kids corner for eating. Table tennis, mini-golf, the animation team entertained the kids. Cleanliness of the restrooms. Safety of having life guard and security. Shaded playground.

The Buffet was not fresh food. Many times at breakfast, one would wait for certain foods for refill. Lack of indoor or heated swimming pool as it was colder than the sea.No news paper delivered.No disney channels for children. Some shortage of staff during weekends. No creamer for coffee in rooms.

Booked a room with amazing views over the gardens and sea. The location of the property was amazing, near everything. What's more, it was just off a supermarket and a modern shopping center and a shop called "World of Sweets ". The pool was heated and I had local drinks in the main bar. This was my very enjoyable stay on a diving vacation😀😀

The property's location was best possible, right next to Hurghada City Centre mall. Delicious dishes were served at the a la carte restaurant.

The vast reception hall with the various corners and patios with beautiful furniture. Also ornamentation made for Christmas and New Year eve were fntastic. Some of the food was good, others were repetitive and nauseating. All in all, it was good time for me and my wife for relaxation.

Everything was ok but reception man forgot to awaken us as required, a fact which I handled the reception a written complaint addressed to general manager. Also, I was met by a person saying why you are leaving without taking our package of fruits and insisteud that I wait till he brings the fruits. After 10 minutes he brought a paper bag of some banana which remained from Christmas eve and some rotten fruits, of course this was for the purpose to get tips but in extraordinary way. Other staff members were super in all behavior and services.

The room had lovely decor, a cozy bed, multiple TV channels, a seating area, and ironing amenities, making it a great stay.

Fantastic views of red sea from room. Reasonably quiet with good facilities. Nice and tidy resort - well kept. All inclusive a nice surprise with reasonable food and evening grill .. Excellent value for money!
